ALL ABOUT RETURNS

We want you to love what you’ve ordered, but just in case, online purchases can be returned to Biageli Parade through the mail. Merchandise may also be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn, with or without a receipt. Did we mention that all U.S. returns ship free? Once we’ve processed your return, your refund typically will post within 1–2 billing cycles. All sales are final after 30 days. For returns or exchanges on sets, all items in the set must be returned to be processed accurately. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time.

RETURN BY MAIL

We offer free shipping on all U.S. returns. To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail Form (the bottom half of the packing slip) and fill out the "Quantity Returned,” "Reason Code,” and enclose it with your merchandise. U.S. customers can generate a return label by using the label enclosed in your package. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items which we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return to biageliparade.com will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
